Nofio Bae Colwyn holds training sessions twice a week, at Colwyn Leisure Centre, Eirias Park on:
- Monday and Wednesday 18.15 – 8.15
- PLEASE NOTE THAT SWIMMERS SHOULD BE DRESSED, READY FOR WARM-UPS ON POOLSIDE 15MINS BEFORE TRAINING STARTS. IT IS STRESSED THAT WARM-UPS ARE AN IMPORTANT PART OF THE SESSION AND HELP TO PREVENT PULLS/STRAINS AND INJURIES.
You can swim anything between one and four hours a week, depending on age and ability. If you fancy coming for a trial, then pop along on a club night and ask for one of the committee members, who will tell you more.

Kick Board, Pull buoy, Fins, Mesh wet kit bag and Polo shirt or T shirt.
Swimming costumes and goggles can be purchased at reduced prices from www.Swimshop.co.uk when orders are placed via the Club.Current FINA Swimwear rules or details of FINA approved costumes for competition can be found on the website www.FINA.org. Please enquire with Sian, Club Treasurer, if in doubt as to the suitability of swimwear.
